Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing to shop with Unbox It Now. We want you to feel good about every order you place with us, and we work hard to make sure your products arrive just as you expected. If something isn’t quite right, we promise to do our best to fix it quickly and fairly.

You have up to fourteen days from the day you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item needs to be unused, still in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. We do not accept returns for items that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged by the customer. Clearance and final sale items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If you’d like to request a return, please email us at contact@unboxitnow.com within fourteen days of receiving your package. Include your order number, tell us which item you’d like to return, and share a short explanation of the issue. If your item arrived damaged or not as described, please attach a clear photo so we can resolve it faster. Once we review your request, we’ll confirm whether your return has been approved and provide all the details you need to send your package back to us.

When an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping costs for you. If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, you’ll be responsible for the cost of sending it back to us. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return to make sure it arrives safely.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email. If your refund is approved, we’ll process it to your original payment method. Please allow five to ten business days for the refund to show up in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please reach out to us at contact@unboxitnow.com. We’ll always do our best to help, as long as the requested item is still in stock.

We take great care to pack every order properly, but if your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please let us know as soon as possible. We will make things right by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund if needed.
